Fantastic family spot ! Kids paradise- picnic space with blankets available. Friendly service , good boeretroos and 10/10 cakes. Held my mother’s Birthday breakfast there today and it was lovely. Country side views and if you can catch seating on the terrace it’s blissful. Thank you Patrick for your hospitality and Manager Sam.

Lovely spot for a weekend kuier.

You can only book for seating inside the farmhouse, but there are tables on the patio and near the play area available on a first-come, first-served basis. The venue has become very popular, so it’s best to book ahead and, if possible, move to an outdoor table once you arrive.

The menu is short and sweet, with different options inside and outside. The outdoor menu is limited while indoors includes burgers, wraps, and chicken schnitzel, plus an extensive breakfast menu only available until 11am. They are licensed to serve alcohol, and the coffee is good.

Parking is plentiful, though the access road could use improvement. It’s a dirt track covered with stone, which isn’t ideal for low-profile vehicles as there are uneven patches and potholes.

There’s a fantastic play area, beautiful lawns, and a lovely valley view with a refreshing breeze. Service can be a little slow due to the venue’s popularity, but staff are always friendly and helpful.

Amazing potential, lovely location even in the full afternoon heat the breeze and shady trees make it amazing. Great playground jungle gym for the kids. Open grass and all together a lovely playing area.

Menu is very limited especially if you vegetarian, basically toasted cheese and chips.

That and eggs and bacon basically sums up the menu. Wish there was more to eat and more food options that Would make this a weekly visit.

Staff are amazing and it’s really fresh quality food just limited.
